My Coaching Approach
As a certified EFT Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, I love how easy it is to train my clients to use and embrace these powerful tools. I love how they come in feeling depressed and anxious and leave feeling happy and hopeful.
I created a proprietary methodology that combines EFT, Hypnotherapy and Visualization into a powerful form that transforms and heals called Hyno-Tapping V.
I believe we can up-level the world with more love, kindness, compassion by giving ourselves the gift of self- directed love, compassion, and kindness.
