Ms Wanda
Bio
Wanda Smith is a highly sought-after speaker, coach, talk show host and Founder of SpeakHer Consulting LLC. Ms. Smith walks alongside those who seek to become confident speakers by helping them craft a message that supports their vision and authentic voice.
Ms. Wanda is more widely known as the host and producer of Full Circle, a radio show and podcast dedicated to empowering women through conversation. Each week she hosts lively discussions that inspire women to achieve the desired vision for their lives. Full Circle can be heard each week on the air at 97.5FM KDEE in Sacramento, California. Ms. Wanda’s Full Circle Radio podcast can be heard on most podcasting platforms.
Ms. Wanda has a heart for seeing people thrive in every situation and is enthusiastic about walking alongside people seeking to navigate changes in their lives. A 25-year cancer survivor, Wanda certainly has had her share of life-changing events. She readily shares her story of overcoming difficult circumstances on air, stage and in the compilation book “She Believed, Vol. II.” In her chapter, “Freedom by G.R.A.C.E.,” Wanda recounts the steps she took to healing after a painful divorce. Wanda is eager to get more involved in her community, especially as it pertains to highlighting issues concerning women and girls. In her free time, you can find Wanda at the ocean, bowling, reading, and participating in 5k race events.

Lauren Keeler
Bio
Lauren Keeler is a skilled mental health counselor and behavior specialist based in Sacramento, California. She works with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses to help them understand how their behaviors and beliefs impact their quality of life. Through her work, Lauren guides clients in expanding both personally and professionally, using a holistic approach that integrates self-awareness, mental health, behavioral science, and spiritual practices. Lauren offers in-person and virtual consultation services that often incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and intuitive card readings. Drawing from her own journey of self-discovery and daily behavioral practices, she has developed a service that blends mental health, behavior, and spirituality to support clients in enhancing their well-being and broadening their understanding of themselves.
Her diverse clientele includes children, adults, professionals, and healers. In addition to her private practice, Lauren is an active voice in the community. She has co-hosted and appeared as a guest on several podcasts focused on consciousness, healing, and personal growth. She is also a co-author of the book Coffee and Conversations: Warm Cups of Self-Love and regularly co-facilitates community healing events that incorporate sound healing, meditation, Reiki, Theta healing, and more. Additionally, Lauren is a gifted intuitive tarot and oracle reader.
Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a certified Trauma and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention trainer, a Level I and II Reiki practitioner, and a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Life Coach. With over 20 years of experience working with individuals with mild to severe neurodivergent, social, and emotional disabilities, Lauren has provided one-on-one intervention in home, community, and school settings. Currently, she works as a Behavior Specialist for a school district, supporting students ages 2-22, and as a mental health counselor for Sacramento County. Lauren also leads training sessions for parents and staff, teaching behavior management strategies and skills that can be applied across various aspects of daily life.
Dr. Gigi Smith
Bio
Dr. Gigi Smith is the founder of a successful business and technology consulting firm that helps organizations increase revenue and improve business efficiency. Dr. Smith’s experience includes:

- Professor of graduate and doctoral students
